Create collection

/organizations/:organizationId/collections

Creates a new folder in the media library (type=assets) or design library (type=posts). To create a sub-folder, pass the id of an existing collection as parentId. Folders can be nested to any depth. Personal folders (scope=personal) are only supported for type=posts and visible only to the creator.
