List assets

GET 
/organizations/:organizationId/assets

Returns a paginated list of assets for the organization. Filter by collection, tags, asset type, or use uncategorized=true to list root-level assets without a folder. Pass includeSubfolders=true together with collectionId to include assets from all nested sub-folders. Assets from hidden collections are excluded by default unless a collectionId filter is provided.
