List collections

GET 
/organizations/:organizationId/collections

Returns folders for the given type. Use parentId to navigate the folder tree: omit it to get all folders regardless of depth, pass null to get only root-level folders, or pass a collection id to get its direct sub-folders. For type=posts, personal folders of the authenticated user are included automatically.
